Conclusion of contract

With the confirmation of the general terms and conditions of business and the dispatch of the order you have made a binding purchase offer, to which you are bound for 4 weeks. The receipt of your order will be confirmed to you by e-mail, the sales contract will take place with the delivery of the goods to the courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery of more than 2 days then you will be informed immediately by e-mail.

The data of your order and the general terms and conditions of business can be stored and printed out by you.

Guarantee

Please notify us of any defects (production flaw, wrong delivery) within a week of receipt of delivery in writing by fax or e-mail. In the event of an acknowledged notice of defect we will provide rectification of the defects or a new delivery. Arrange for the goods to be returned in the original packaging; the cost of the return dispatch will be borne by Unique Artwork GbR.

All products are done with highest sensitifity of quality. Slight variations in colouring and size compared to the shown examples in the shop are possible.

There is no right to revocation in the case of prints, product made for customers or signed goods individually prepared to customer specifications, as these are exactly tailored to the personal requirements of the customer.

Dispatch, forwarding charges

Our high-quality painting replicas are packaged professionally and passed on to courier services. The forwarding charges will be identified separately on the invoice. The forwarding charges to certain destinations can be looked at in the shop.

Prices

All prices and order details can be followed during the process of choice in the shop. The prices are inclusive of legally required turnover tax.

payment

We use the service of external payment providers. All the information like credit card data will not forwarded to our store. The payment is completely done from the payment provider securited with 128-bit coding for highest security. Your postal data will not be passed to a third party. You have the right to information on and deletion of this data in written form.
